Wild Landscape

If you're coming to London with an appetite, expect a delicious culinary adventure. The city boasts a diverse mix of migrant cultures, and you'll find an exotic array of dishes from various cuisines such as Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Italian, and many more. It is advised to queue for the best, grab a quick bite from a street-side vendor, or sit down and enjoy a sumptuous three-course luxurious dinner at one of the Michelin-starred restaurants. Indulge yourself with a plateful of British comfort food, go for steaming dim sum, slurp up noodles in a Chinese alleyway, or tick off world cuisines from your bucket list - you'll find something to sample in the city.

1. Fish and Chips from the Golden Union Fish Bar - A quintessentially British dish, this is like a rite of passage that every tourist must pass.

2. Beef and Ale Pie from The Guinea Grill - A cozy, intimate restaurant that serves traditional British fare.

3. Chicken Tikka Masala from Dishoom - Try London's favorite Indian restaurant's creamy masala, hailed as Britain's national dish.

4. Bagel from Beigel Bake - The pretagonist in the salt beef bagel game, generously filled with melting meat, pickles, and mustard.

5. Seafood Platter at J. Sheekey - A stunning combination of prawns, oysters, herrings, and smoked salmon with yum cocktail sauce.

8. Falafel Wrap from Pilpel - A hearty chickpea patty, rolled inside freshly warmed flatbread, drizzled with savory sauce

9. Carrot Cake from the Hummingbird Bakery - An extraordinary selection of cakes at the bakery. Buy a slice of carrot cake to go and take in the cathedral's beauty.

10. Peking Duck from Royal China Club - One of the few Michelin-starred Chinese restaurants in London serving crispy-skinned Peking duck.

These food styles only tell half the story about London. Whenever your taste buds become bored, from now until eternity, the capital is a continually updating menu with some new exotic food to try. You can't get bored with London's easy price point and ever-changing culinary scene; there is sometimes almost too much variety!

What a fantastic trip it's been! Exploring London, the cultural cornerstone of Europe, has had my heart racing with excitement every day. From the delectable afternoon teas at luxurious hotels to flavorful street food and craft beers at local pubs, I've indulged in a gastronomic delight.

The city also boasts an impressive range of landmarks... who could forget experiencing a bird's eye view of the city from the iconic London Eye? Or soaring to the top of The Shard, England's tallest building, for the most incredible panoramic views?

I'm also captivated by the more historical attractions. The Tower of London with its ravens, heinous tales, and royal regalia; Greenwich Maritime, where time is measured; the tranquility of St. James Park and the preserved beauty of Kensington Palace's well-manicured gardens.

Having explored diverse neighbourhoods, each sharing their own unique charm, I reluctantly return home but know that I will be back to wander across Notting Hill's Regency Hues; to visit hipsters' Shoreditch packed in perpetually trendy cafes; to stumble upon hidden alleyways in the ancient Docks area emanating mysterious whispers.

This journey is nothing less than an experience in character surpassing any literary excursion book. With crumbling Victorian architecture and bustling lively culture embodying ceaseless energy, London is a magical tapestry of history and dreams waiting for you to step in its awe-inspiring spectacle!
